Pros

Their office at Henderson was within walking distance to my actual employer so even though I have to submit claims with physical papers it wasn't that much of a hassle. HR support was sufficiently prompt and salary was typically on time.

Cons

Physical submission of travel and medical claims could be replaced with electronic versions. Indirect contract staff are staff too, it would help boost morale with more fringe benefits.

It's a great place to get your foot in the door. Work gives you a variety of experiences. Benefits were OK.

Cons

Salary bumps are non-existant. Not really any room for growth or upward mobility.
