Work on projects that have a very large impact Software people respect you if u tell u r from CSC Job prospects are good for people coming from CSC Work with teams which are located at diff locations and get chance to interact and understand work done on large scale
Cons
Management sucks, they dont have any idea what employees looking forward to.Good company to work if u get a good package first itself.Dont expect any hikes or promotions in the first 2 years. Changing project is a difficult task.These guys dont give u release even if u have some valid reasons.
