Pros

Great company to start your career. A lot of learning opportunity for those looking out for it. The onsite team appreciates your efforts. Good enough work-life balance. Employee engagement programs are good.

Cons

Indian senior management doesn't notice you until you put in your papers. Doesn't compete with other companies while paying (salary) it's employees. Management is location centric, which means team members from different locations are more or less ignored. Isn't the company it used to be before Covansys acquisition.

Work hard or don't no one cares. Management is so absentee that you can shape your projects however you choose to.

Cons

When you are successful or do something monumental don't expect anything beyond an email saying, "thanks." Meanwhile all the quarterly awards and recognition seem to go to people at the service level for such menial tasks as cleaning a room.
