They are sucking blood of indian youth by imposing 1 lakh and twenty thousand bond money on them,they throw you in non technical work in india and make you do worst jobs even if you have 4 yrs of experience,managers are most diplomatic,greedy,mean and emotionless,they never let you grow and even suck your last drop of blood to make you work day and night.

Pros

Average pay for experience, but I get to stay local without undue travel demands.

Cons

Very poor management at project and account levels, benefits keep eroding. Level of service to clients is unacceptable to most. I miss a tenable level of professionalism and standard business practices and methodologies. Management by fear and ignorance erodes moral and has caused high turn over.
