CSEngineering's management style is awesome - very little micromanagement and a ton of flexibility. They work to ensure you have what you need to grow as an employee with tuition reimbursement for certs or college credits. It's a small company so direct communication with C level managers is awesome.

Cons

Not being local hurts a bit, it'd be great to have a stronger HQ presence on site.

CSEngineering's best quality is that they treat their employees like people. They offer tuition reimbursement, flexible hours, and an understanding that people work to live, and not live to work. I can walk into the CEO's office at any time and truly be heard.

Cons

Moving up in the company is difficult, but the same can be said of any other government contractor.
