Great benefits. Competitive Pay. Casual dress code policy.
Cons
Very slow to promote in the IT dept. CSG has rarely been successful at Integrating other products (via acquisition) into it's core billing system. Company has a history of layoffs (2012, 2013, 2014). Expanding internationally has not paid off.
