It is a product based company and it has good opportunities for experienced software professionals who have worked in telecom domain and want to have an end to end experience of BSS/OSS delivery. The salaries are also on the higher side.

Cons

It is a small company with limited diversification opportunities as it mainly concentrates on Telecom domain. The company is not so good for freshers.

-If you are lucky or a Bengali, you'll land in a better project and don't need to change your Job from here. You'll get onsites, good pay etc.. -A Catalyst team to conduct activities frequently -Flexibility

Cons

- B-groupism. - Your project manager is not the one who reviews your performance, its your line manager who doesn't have any idea of what you are doing.
