The work environment is pretty friendly Very casual dress code is a bonus Benefits are above average from what I know about.

Cons

Information passed down from upper management is much too vague and generic. A lot of situations where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is up to. Quick to bring the hammer down on what is viewed from upper management as a problem but extremely slow to reverse when the situation shows it's justified.
