About a year ago things really began to fall apart. The lack of foresight by those responsible for laying out the roadmap for the Ascendon product have caused irreparable damage to the company and its employees. As upper management tries to shoehorn in every feature imaginable, everyday employees are overworked and overstressed. Many have quit and barely any new employees have been hired, leaving the current employees to clean up the mess. Management has not been understanding of employee morale and have not made any reasonable effort to fix the damage done. Management's only solution to problems is to create more meetings and ask employees to work late to fix daily issues. There is no long term goal for Ascendon or the company as a whole it seems. There is no roadmap. Everything we're doing now is purely reactionary to potential clients. Features are rushed and we are forced to concentrate on making deadlines rather than deliver a quality product.
