Pros

Remote is a plus! Descent benefits! Great company culture! Management is expected and trained to treat their employees with respect as the same with the employees treating each other with respect since Forte was bought out by CSG…. Prior this would have been a much different response……

Cons

The pay is truly not good. Very little raises, not even on a scale of an average salary for that position to even remotely survive this day and age. “Mandatory Volunteer” to work a holiday, lol! If you really don’t need to make any money it is a descent place to work assuming they are still hiring in the US for these types of positions as once you leave the company, they are replacing everyone to hire in Bogota, Columbia so they can pay out less.
