Great company and family like atmosphere

Pros

Very loyal to dedicated employees, teams are like family, great benefits, senior leadership is very professional and dedicated to the making the company a great place for our clients and employees.

Cons

Lay offs almost yearly, tends to be very cliquey, lots of outsourcing overseas, salary tends to be on the lower end for employees that have been with the company for a long time.
