Great culture and flexibility, but uncertain future ahead

Pros

No micro-management. You're treated as an adult and you're responsible for your output. Flexible first and work from home. Company culture is great, and that makes the world of difference in the workplace.

Cons

The NEC / Netcracker purchase still presents uncertainty regarding what will be happening going forward.

Pay was great. Most of the people were great as well.

Cons

They have become one of those companies that will lay you off just to meet their financial goals instead of focusing on things that will prevent them from letting good employees go.
