Pros

One of the greatest things about CSI is the culture. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help - creating a team environment. There are great team building events and ways to connect with your colleagues in and outside of the office. I believe keeping that culture alive pushes us all forward as a unit to make CSI a driving force.

Cons

One con about working at CSI is the Paid Holiday Schedule. Since it is a staffing agency - we must stay open on some Federal Holidays when other businesses and schools are closed. There are no observed Federal Holidays at CSI between New Years day in January and Memorial day in late May (ie Presidents' Day and/or Martin Luther King Day.)

The work environment is like no other that I have experienced in the sense that the company is informative and attentive to you as a valued team member. They offer career and self growth through many avenues and you can always feel like you are being treated with respect. The professional standards that this company upholds are both impressive and innovative!

In the time frame that I've been employeed I can't honestly name a single negative thing...

Completely transparent leadership. They spell out the goals of the organization and the steps to get there. Also let you know your role and expectations in achieving those goals. Will provide you with the tools you need to succeed.
