Pros

The best part of this experience was they were easy to communicate with. They helped me learn a new skill (HCC Coding) and offered to hire me back after the contract had ended. They also were reliable references for other employment opportunities.

Cons

I don't have any cons to mention regarding this position, I wanted to work more hours.

Pros

Some good people stuck working here. Really great to work with people in every division. Company hires on personality.

Cons

Immature management (particularly in professional division), boys club culture, company NOT growing, HR is a joke, UNSTABLE... Fear of position being eliminated is a constant for many. Company is a dead end job for anyone not in a Sales position or best friends with an executive. If you went to college, don't waste your time... You're probably better than this place.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with CSI. Not everyone is able to enjoy success here, but I'm really pleased that our turnover rate is way lower than the staffing industry average and we are working harder every day to make CSI an even better place to work! Thanks for the feedback!

Pros

Unfortunately I have none to share. I had little contact with anyone from the company throughout my time representing them onsite at a client in Houston. There were multiple issues with my expense reimbursement, as my account was never actively reviewed. I would not work for this company again.

Cons

I was a consultant at one of their clients for 10 months. Not once did anyone from CSI reach out to me to ask how the project going, or how I, as heir employee was doing. Granted I was found through a subcontractor, however I was representing CSI so I feel they should have taken some interest in my role. Additionally, being that I was subcontracted, I was paid through a third party, but there were always issues with my expense reimbursements. CSI would ask me to email them receipts I had already sent and would never keep up with my account. After having worked for them for 8 months, they came back with a list of items that would not be reimbursed and would need to be deducted from my future pay. I was offered an extension by the client I was placed at, and as much as I loved working for them, I could not long deal with the frustrations of CSI. The client was not happy I was leaving, and it is unfortunate that they lost an employee they wanted to keep due to negligence by CSI.
