I was a consultant at one of their clients for 10 months. Not once did anyone from CSI reach out to me to ask how the project going, or how I, as heir employee was doing. Granted I was found through a subcontractor, however I was representing CSI so I feel they should have taken some interest in my role. Additionally, being that I was subcontracted, I was paid through a third party, but there were always issues with my expense reimbursements. CSI would ask me to email them receipts I had already sent and would never keep up with my account. After having worked for them for 8 months, they came back with a list of items that would not be reimbursed and would need to be deducted from my future pay. I was offered an extension by the client I was placed at, and as much as I loved working for them, I could not long deal with the frustrations of CSI. The client was not happy I was leaving, and it is unfortunate that they lost an employee they wanted to keep due to negligence by CSI.
