      Its a job for now so i guess Thats a pro...

      Cons

      No communication at all. Seems like once they hire you you dont hear from them again even if you are let go.

      Pros

      Friendly staff. With an open floor plan you can sometimes hear conversations that recruiters have with potential candidates. It's refreshing to hear positive conversations that end in laughter.

      Cons

      If on an hourly position, the timesheet process can be a tad bit frustrating. It's on real-time, and clocking in/out 4 times a day is a bit much. I recommend an iphone/android app to make the process easier.
