      Not as great as it seems

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were fun to be around but they all quit. Building is nice but is less than half way full with all the turn over and lay offs.

      Cons

      Management is not well structured and does not listen when the team brings up concerns multiple times. Expected to work almost non stop during “busy season”. Either 0 or 100 and it was leading more toward 100 and they would not hire extra people once others would leave. Not much room to grow at all. No yearly reviews so there is no way to get a salary increase or raise. It’s like managing chaos, honestly it makes no sense. My direct manager would not listen to a word I said about my many concerns that had been brought up for months and months. Our team was set up for failure leading me to quit my role.

      Work from home, Good training. Equipment provided

      Cons

      Contract assigned with major company that micromanaged production, Work is more seasonal than implied. Mass Layoffs, benefits weren't great, No PTO at all until after 3 or 4 months were worked.
