The company culture is great and they do a great job of bringing people together. It’s also a great place to be as an entry level professional.

Cons

-Not good for an experienced professional -Pay is terrible -No remote opportunities -They will have you “drinking the Kool-Aid” -No opportunity for growth

I have worked at CSI for a few years, and I will say, hands down, it is one of the best companies to work at. The executive team cares about the people that work here and do their best to make every day a great day to work at CSI.

Cons

We are growing quickly and have some pains, but it is all for the better!
