- on site gym - Bagel Thursdays -meet nice people but half the building is empty due to turnover and layoffs (Constant restructuring)
Cons
Leadership is unsupportive and often pressures employees to work ridiculous hours without regard for work-life balance and if you complain the manager will make a joke out of you. The C-suite seems to overlook serious issues, such as high turnover within teams and yet these leaders remain in their positions. Communication from upper management is minimal, and feedback from employees is rarely taken seriously, creating a culture where people feel undervalued. While CSI has potential to be a great place to work, keeping ineffective leaders and ignoring core issues will ultimately result in losing skilled and motivated employees. Lastly, pay is certainly below average.
