Less of a job, more of a family

CSI has such an inviting culture. Every one truly cares and it shows. Our department has gone through some changes recently, and in my opinion we have come out stronger than we've been. It's amazing! Going to work is not a chore or a drag. I have never felt that way in the almost five years that I have been with the company. I cannot say enough good things about the company, the envorionment, the management, or the teams. CSI is a company who values the quality of employees, not the quantity. They want everyone to succeed. And my manager specifically couldn't get any better. I've been let down a lot by previous employers and Denise has been a blessing to me since my first day. She is by far the most fair manger that I have ever worked with. She is able to see the situation from everyone's point of view and look at everything diplomatically.
