      Toxic work environment and terrible leadership

      Pros

      This company tries to placate its employees with bagel Thursday and other food perks or the chance for some free sports tickets. But they are a weak attempt to cover up the terrible work culture

      Cons

      The upper level management is very out of touch with the realities of the workplace. They have a gym on site and shame those who do not attend the workout classes. In 2.5 year working for CSI I had 4 of my direct managers be fired. This company has the most toxic work culture that they try to sell to you as "work hard, play hard" I would strongly warn anyone against taking a job with them.

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were fun to be around but they all quit. Building is nice but is less than half way full with all the turn over and lay offs.

      Cons

      Management is not well structured and does not listen when the team brings up concerns multiple times. Expected to work almost non stop during “busy season”. Either 0 or 100 and it was leading more toward 100 and they would not hire extra people once others would leave. Not much room to grow at all. No yearly reviews so there is no way to get a salary increase or raise. It’s like managing chaos, honestly it makes no sense. My direct manager would not listen to a word I said about my many concerns that had been brought up for months and months. Our team was set up for failure leading me to quit my role.

      Good money potential. W2 paid but more like a contractor.

      No guarantee. Company drops you as soon as contract is over.
