      Pros

      The atmosphere, co-workers, workload, and education for both position and overall business processes.

      Cons

      Communication within all departments, poor time management in regards to conference calls, meetings, and management team within each division not unified or able to work cohesively with other divisions. Company did not work as a unified team but instead each separate division/dept within company worked against other divisions and departments.

      Pros

      CSI Tech has a great team in place and they have really been growing in Jacksonville over the past few years. They really take care of their consultants and have a great team chemistry!

      Cons

      Competitive environment is not for everybody. Recruiting can be challenging because you are always relying on other people to make a decision and it may seem out of your control sometimes.
