      Pros

      Flexible, decent pay, extra benefits like gym, personal trainer and yoga classes

      Cons

      Management is not always discreet when they should be. There is no such thing as work life balance.

      Pros

      You have a lot of control of your own success. Because jobs are mostly commissions based, if you follow instructions and are really good on your feet or on the phone your earnings potential is virtually unlimited. However you do need to put the time in.

      Cons

      The only down side is that the staffing business is not for everyone and that fact is not readily apparent until people have spent some time doing it. Unfortunately what happens, is this fact is realized and the employee is let go.

      Pros

      Great positive and friendly environment. Dream JOB. A company who pays you what you are worth.

      Cons

      Lots of paper work CPR, Vaccines, online documentation and need to be drug tested but they are great at locating the closest facilities near you. Also I-9 form that must be done on line and done by a public notary but so worth it..

      Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We take these reviews very seriously, and we want to improve in all situations! Our I-9 form is online for the convenience for electronic verification. Many of our candidates get confused after completing Section 1 of the I-9 thinking they need a notary but that is not the case. Section 2 can be completed with the name and email address of someone not directly related to the candidate (friend, neighbor, etc). They will assist the candidate with verifying documents and electronically signing. Thank you! We are always striving to improve, so we genuinely appreciate your feedback!
