Good money - well set up processes - looks like there are some committed workers
Cons
Management leadership seems behind other companies. Is very top down, meaning the benefits of a fully engaged workforce are not fully realised. There appear to be systems in place for engagement but they are not prioritised enough. Seems to be a "them and us" divide and lots of talk of "if your face fits"
