      Pros

      Promotion based on performance. Lots of growth which leads to lots of opportunities. Typically they will work around schedule restrictions as long as they know about them ahead of time.

      Cons

      Low starting pay. But you can move up quick and make good money. I started pretty low but im making what I consider very good money now. Often you need to be willing to relocate to get the good promotions. They are open crazy hours and don't usually do set schedules.

      Pros

      Working with people who you start to enjoy. Vacation time rolls over to the next year. Decent benefits and some paid holidays.

      Cons

      Short staffed, members of management will see the "team" struggling and never leave the office to lift a finger. Company shows favoritism, they post positions and get employees hopes up even though they already know who they want to pick they will interview you and have no intention of you advancing. If you are scheduled to close you don't know what time you'll actually be off of work.
