      You get phlebotomy experience a chance to accumulate many sticks

      Cons

      It's like a McDonald's of a place to work. People who work hard are underpaid the people who make the most do the least. Most phlebotomists are trained in house and it's scary to watch them stick, especially when they adjust a venipuncture. Initial experience is good to work here but get some experience and then go someplace professional unless you enjoy High School laziness and drama

      There is always room to grow and they promote internally. It's a great option if you're willing to put in the work

      It's a lot sometimes, the clientel can be a lot sometimes. Just remember why you do it
