A check every 2 weeks, I really can't find anything else that's a pro for this location but the company itself seems to have potential for grow.

Cons

Dealing with ghetto/unprofessional staff,Not having the necessary equipment, much much more. These employees need to take professional management and etiquette classes for the sake of nurses who are used to being professional and working in a professional environment..

Pros

I enjoyed the flexibility and benefits were good. I met folks from all walks of life and gained perspective. I had great conversations and hopefully lifted a few spirits of those that were struggling in life.

Cons

This is a manufacturing company with ever changing instructions. Using nursing judgement was frowned on.

Scheduling can be flexible, depending on your manager. It's a good way to get experience if you're interested in phlebotomy, nursing or healthcare. There is room to move up in the company, regardless of where you start off.

Cons

Extremely low pay given the type/amount of work, and commitment expected (mandatory monthly meetings) Scheduling can suck (It isn't uncommon to stay late and come in early the next day) Risk of exposure to bodily fluids and disease Training consists primarily of reading out of a binder.
