Cross trained in every position and a trainer in all areas with no recognition or pay increase.

You get some experience in phlebotomy.

Cons

The management staff expect a lot from you while not doing anything for you. But to be honest I went back into my trade because I realized that place wasn't for me. They did me a favor by being terrible.
