      Pros

      Great benefits for full time employees, perks and incentives; very easy to move up. Teamwork based environment working towards various patients with illnesses.

      Cons

      Every individual center is different which is largely based on the moral of center management. At some centers management tends to solely focus on KPIs and does not take the time out to promote, encourage or thank the employees for the day to day functions that keep the center open.
