Pros
If you can ignore your coworkers and put your nose to the grindstone and just do your work and mind your own business and not let others bother you, you will be OK. Uniforms provided. Cross training available.
Cons
Managers are talented but are so busy they do not have time to manage staff and deal with problems as they arise, until the problem reaches critical mass. Bullying and slackers are rampant and are retained because they show up.
