Growth opportunities, decent pay, and good benefits.

Cons

Too many leaders in upper management with out proper education, and if you do have the education and experience then you tend to know more then your bosses. If ADOQs don’t like you they tend to block growth, even if you are more qualified then others. Corporate is out of touch with the center level and its donors. They roll out initiatives without training centers properly and center leaders have to just figure it out.

Cons

Management knowingly kept people on staff who abused drugs just so they wouldn’t be short staffed - which we always were anyways. People constantly called out. Myself and several other girls were sexually harassed by a coworker but he was kept on staff. Because the manager had also been busted for sexual harassment but was given the option to relocate or resign. So he relocated to our site where he also continued to sexually harass girls. We would also receive threats from customers and management would do nothing.

As salary, yearly bonus is decent. If you’re competent and show up to work there’s plenty of room for advancement without college degrees.

Cons

As a manager your work life balance isn’t great, changes and /or new programs rolled out too quickly so they’re messy for a while.
