Pros
Ok pay for AMQ after 4 years, but the fact that AMQ & CM are to be equals yet AMQ gets paid tens of thousands less is less than acceptable. Decent benefits for medical/dental/vision. After being there for about 7 years, PTO rate was acceptable.
Cons
When I resigned, I was not given the opportunity for an exit interview with HR, especially after knowing three previous AMQs that left and were given the opportunity for an exit interview. My center was very corrupt and treated certain employees poorly. I brought this to HRs attention on numerous occasions since multiple employees came to me as a safe space. HR turned it against me when the issues were within the operations management and had nothing to do with myself. I would never recommend CSL for future job seekers as I worked at 2 centers and they both played favoritism and treated employees poorly if they were not on the favorite list. Work life balance as a salary paid employee was not a thing. You could never get one day off without the center calling you. And if you are on vacation, good luck because you will still get call after call, and when you return, you will be cleaning up the mess that was left while you were out of the center.
