      Terrible management

      Pros

      The work was easy, meeting new people was fun, good bonds with coworkers even though it was trauma induced

      Cons

      Management promotes based off how much they like you not how qualified, they joke about firing people, tell everyone how they are going to fire someone as soon as they begin they paperwork and never tell the person, let donors walk all over you even when it’s sexual harassment, bully you into quitting before you’re done working you’re final two weeks, and overall just abuse employees.

      Pros

      The company in itself is great, I’ve transferred and worked at different centers. If you have the right team with you it can be wonderful

      Cons

      Management at some centers are very big on “what I say goes” and can be very difficult to bring up concerns

      Pros

      Pretty descent and interactive Leadership training model. Good pay. Company-wide collaboration. Room for growth. One of the most popular plasma companies. Great diversity! Awesome corporate boss is supportive!

      Cons

      Pretty strict policies, but fair. Average employee turnover slightly high. Somewhat excessive training material but you have access to review it. Management has a pretty hefty workload, but it's manageable with the right support.
