      Pros

      CSL is very informative and gives you consistent training monthly to ensure you're up to date with all SOP's

      Cons

      Lack of Adequate Mgmt. Very Clique(ish) Childish Behaviors, High Turn Over in Staff. Extremely Low wages. The corporate side and benefits are good but they will hire you for minimum wage. Hire you part time with no benefits and then consistently schedule you near 38 hours with NO benefits. Week to week your schedule changes. You could have 15-18 hrs or ft hours. You will be changed on the schedule to work without notice, causing constant confusion.

      Pros

      You can transfer anywhere in the company throughout the country. It is a decent temporary job. Nothing worth looking into for a long-term career.

      Cons

      extreme favoritism. If you are not on managements good side, you will not like it there. They give false promises. Management tells you how great of an employee you are, and gives you all of these hopes of moving up, but it never happens. The work is highly regulated. Be prepared for criticism for even a typo.
