Full time benefits, Paid Time Off, FMLA leave, Wellness days, etc... no experience needed. College reimbursement for certain conditions. Paid travel if required.

Cons

High turnover rate, difficult to advance, no cross training compensation incentive but is required, no set work schedule for employees, always short staffed due to availability constrictions. No benefits for part time employees.
