Pros

co workers are great and it's a great stepping stone for individuals trying to get into the health field. Advancement is not that hard, you just have to work hard and show that you care.

Cons

The hours are a bit crazy and you do have to work every weekend. the only days that they are closed is new years day and christmas day. The pay is minimum and you get a raise once a year.

Benefits are reasonable. Great intravenous experience. Ability to cross train. Great training when placed with good trainers who want to train and make time to train.

Cons

Being trained by less paid employees who attitude complimented the idea. There are no shift differential. Some of the staff attitudes and tones used towards donors are unprofessional. Temperature very cold at times.
