      Jobs okay, pay is awful

      Pros

      You can learn some pretty great skills Some Co-workers are great Free coffee Nice facility Some amazing donors Clean bathrooms

      Cons

      No work life balance Management is immature and unprofessional Pay is awful (McDonald's pays as much) Favoritism by management If you ask for time off (good luck!) You will never get off at your scheduled time You have to beg for a break or lunch The environment feels a little like high school

      Pros

      Easy to move up in the company, you get to meet new people, nice coworkers, benefits

      Cons

      Low pay, being crossed trained in different areas with no pay raise, not getting full 40 hours, closing down reception area down n being forced to stock the donor floor when the donor floor staff could have did it before they sent there people home, not scheduling enough closing shift coworkers, unorganized, people quitting left and right

      Pretty decent company but has it's flaws

      Pros

      There is room for growth within the company with no time restrictions. There is also a possible chance of working with some wonderful people. My co-workers were like a family.

      Cons

      This is not the company with major responsibilities. The starting pay is not an amount to live off of, let alone maintain a home.
