Flexible schedule and lots of opportunity to grow. Was an employee of three years and grew exponentionaly within the company. Easily acrewed PTO and holiday pay.

Cons

Repetitive. Management weren't always organaized and not everyone has the same protocol. As others have said the pay is not great.
