      Pros

      The job was fast paced, I love that king of atmosphere. The clients were friendly, and as long as you do your job, the day is over before you know it. I felt good knowing the purpose of donating plasma and appreciated the people who came in to donate

      Cons

      I felt there were a lot of discrimination, and people talking bad about other people, got quit annoying. But I guess, that's everywhere. when the manager is friends with most of these people, there was no one to apply a complaint. so why bother. I was just there for my externship. I was no one special.

      Job security The job is easy it is on the job training that can be taken to the hospital. Hospitals love their phlebotomists.

      Cons

      Not family friendly long hours no breaks only 45 minute lunch management does not treat all employees the same big problem with favoritism
