      Pros

      Corporate had a good idea at what kind of culture they want, however the actual manager at this location are unable to carryout agenda of corporate.

      Cons

      Managers are out of touch with employees, and have a lack of concern for what is actually going on in the donor floor. Have an 'open door policy' but are not open to complaints. Very low pay, as a phlebotomist was paid $9.76 an hour and always had to stay over time. Management immature and unprofessional, very awkward when male manager try to make a move on their employees and donors.
