      The schedule was quite flexible.

      Pros

      it's a paycheck, but it's a very small paycheck so not many adults can do much with $400 biweekly

      Cons

      donors are allowed to say and do as they please with no consequences, donor support techs are treated like trash, low starting pay ($8.85), no benefits for part time employees, no time and a half on holidays for part time employees, favoritism and intimate relationships amongst employees get in the way of fairness on the job, no security even after multiple fist fights between donors & violent threats toward employees made by donors.

      Looks good on your resume if you look forward to working in Healthcare or a science major

      Cons

      You definitely work way to hard for the less than average pay. We are working with peoples bodily fluids; you would think we would get paid for the risks we take dealing with potential diseases. Management does not care for employees.
