      Meet new people and great benefits.

      No help from some members of management, favoritism shown, don't get extra pay to cross train, and you don't get to keep your over time hours

      Pros

      Good stepping stone to get some medical experience, especially if that's the field you're heading for. Management was nice. Some employees were helpful. High turnover rate meant it was easy to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      High turnover rate made things stressful because we were always shorthanded. Low morale because Half the employees didn't take the job seriously and it made it hard for those of us who did because we had to pick up the slack, which is the main reason why I left. If it weren't for that, I'd probably still be working here. Low pay.

      Anyone can work at CSL with education or without education on the job training.

      Pay...favortism.. I am a presently employed bn with company for 5 years hoping to promote out of group lead and no luck! I hv perfect attendance go above and beyond yet no recognition. Pay increases are a joke. We are mandated to cross train without any compensation. If we refuse a corrective action is issue. In my opinion we should not be obligated to train for three position and not get paid this is done to save the company money. The company cares for the donors not the employees. Donors make more donating than working for the company. High turnover due to pay. We put our well being at risks and we r only worth 8.95 hr We deal with people who may possibly be infected or sick. Yet we agn worth 8.95. The company prides itself for having so much money yet treats the employees like slaves. It sometimes sickens me to hear our motto great for life right?? So why am I still here 5 years jobs are hard to find. But I am crossing my fingers to a new beginning soon.
