The pay is terrible. The benefits are either unaffordable, or not worth it, except the additional disability.

Pretty decent company but has it's flaws

Pros

There is room for growth within the company with no time restrictions. There is also a possible chance of working with some wonderful people. My co-workers were like a family.

Cons

This is not the company with major responsibilities. The starting pay is not an amount to live off of, let alone maintain a home.
