      Pros

      Scheduling can be flexible, depending on your manager. It's a good way to get experience if you're interested in phlebotomy, nursing or healthcare. There is room to move up in the company, regardless of where you start off.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay given the type/amount of work, and commitment expected (mandatory monthly meetings) Scheduling can suck (It isn't uncommon to stay late and come in early the next day) Risk of exposure to bodily fluids and disease Training consists primarily of reading out of a binder.

      My co-workers were great and they were very flexible with my busy schedule.

      Cons

      Weekend hours were very long, the area around the center wasnt very safe.
