      Pros

      Good place to gain phlebotomy experience. Meets a lot of different people. Never really a dull moment.

      Cons

      Under staffed, if you close you don't have a set time to get off. So you might end up working 12 hr shifts. Management allows "favourites" to do whatever they want. You don't get paid extra if your a certified phlebotomist nor for being trained in all areas. Benefits are only for full-time employees. It's always hot.
