      Endless possibilities for promotions and change of responsibilities (positions). Innovative leaders for professional development. Working to improve the lives of those with immune deficiencies.

      Cons

      Inconsistent "teamwork" approach, some long days, delay in resolving staff conflict amongst each other, not every new hire is cut out for this regulated environment.
