Awesome co-workers, mediocre training, opportunity for advancement?, meet new people all the time, PTO.

Cons

Pay is awful, the software is outdated, advancement seems to be bias, the schedule changes daily, and the donor management is redundant and not intuitive.

Ive worked at csl a year and half during we went through 4 Center managers 4 assistant center managers 3 quality managers 3 leads for reception area and 2 seniors techs the person that had been with the company the longest in that building was only a supervisor that has been with the company for about 3 or 4 years... The donor would threaten you and management wouldn't do anything you dont get paid for all the jobs they want you to do..turn over rate is horrible and hrs will have stressed since they are always under staff the center was dirty all the time center manager would go into office with dirty lab cost
