      Pros

      Employee donors get a higher fee than the public and its the Same rate for both first and second donations. Also, ive met and worked with a good group of people. Some that actually know the true meaning of the word TEAM!

      Cons

      No sick days. There are no excused absences.. So if you were hit by a truck. .and they have proof that you have crushed ribs..you will still get penalized for it. You are trained for multiple positions but with out a pay raise. Having to deal with smelly and difficult donors. They have no standards of who they let in the center. .as long as they r disease free.

      Pros

      Will train you on phlebotomy and other positions, regardless of schooling. Good way to get some experience for your resume.

      Cons

      Pay is weak for the workload. Management holds employees to a higher standard that they don't care to uphold to. Can be very stressful, especially when management continuously short staffs the business. Will schedule to close one day and open the next. Doesn't seem to put into consideration the lives of their employees. Located in a fairly ghetto part of the city. There are group leads and management that act like they can't be bothered if you need help with a task.
