Met alot of great people there including the donors but management was extremely poor. Played favortism alot and if u were not a phlebotomist you were basically looked down on.

Great company to work for. The pay is low but the people are great. The benefits once you reach full-time are amazing. It is a great way to get into the medical field.

Cons

A lot of work for a little check , part time schedules, low pay, not a lot of salary advancements, poor scheduling
