Pros

Excellent benefits. Will help with school and has an excellent 401k program. Medical insurance is also excellent.

Cons

Horrible practices, borderline illegal. Management is just a bunch of ego's hanging out in an office. You'll get promoted if you play their game. Need a strong dose of the FDA. Very dirty compared to other company's. Stick to Biomat or Octapharma.

You are trained to have the knowledge needed to perform your tasks and if you are not certain of something the information is available for you to review.

Cons

None. I would still be working with the company if my current city had a center.

Great Co-workers, Advancement possibilities from hiring internal candidates,, uniforms provided. every other weekend off. Monthly meetings to keep employees informed.

Cons

Crazy hours, Chaos, unorganized management, no time to do training. pay not equal to the workload, short staffed regularly.
