Pros

It is a good place to get started. You can learn a lot while working there. It wasn't that bad.

Cons

The management plays a lot of favoritism. Advancement within the company is hard because they rarely go by qualifications and seniority and more by who they like more and has better connections with management.

Pros

Great introduction to a regulated company. Amazing growth opportunities if under the right Center Manager or Assistant Manager of Quality. Great training system and WI. Company is booming. Benefits aren't bad.

Cons

Managers of centers deal with employees and donors from impoverished cultures/locations. People who need money, not necessarily a career. Hours can be as early as 4am to 9pm.
